1. Who We Are

Thimble Talent is a boutique recruitment and executive search firm based in DC Ranch, Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in healthcare, real estate and financial services leadership placements. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Thimble Talent. References to "you" mean any visitor, candidate, client or other user of this site.

2. Acceptance And Changes

By accessing this site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this site or submit an application.

3. Permitted Use Of The Site

• Upload files containing malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our applicant tracking systems.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state or local law.

4. Candidate Submissions

When you submit a résumé, application or contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to store your details in our applicant tracking system, review them for current and future searches, and — with your consent — present your candidacy to a client.

No Guarantee Of Placement

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an agency relationship or any obligation on our part to present you to a client, respond to your submission, or place you in a role. Job listings may be filled, withdrawn or changed at any time by the hiring organization.

No Fees To Candidates

We never charge candidates a fee. Our fees are paid by the hiring organization under a separate written engagement.

5. Client Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer of services or a binding engagement. Search services, fee structures, guarantee periods, exclusivity, off-limits arrangements and payment terms are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls for that engagement.

6. Job Listings And Third-Party Data

Job listings on this site may be supplied and updated through our applicant tracking and recruitment intelligence systems. While we work to keep listings current and accurate, compensation ranges, locations, requirements and availability are provided by hiring organizations and may change without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any listing.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or policies of any third-party site.

7. Insights And Editorial Content

Our articles, market commentary and compensation observations are provided for general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or employment advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional counsel appropriate to your circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and process those materials solely to provide recruitment services and operate the site.

14. Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Thimble Talent agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty days.

15. Termination And Severability

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
